Returns and Cancellations Policy

     Returns will be allowed within 14 days of packages arrival date. Returns must be unused and unopened. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for  returning shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued until the product has been confirmed received, once received and the product(s) is confirmed to be brand new and in unused condition every effort will be made to handle the refund as soon as possible.

We want you to have your funds back to you just as soon as you do. Our typical handling time is 7 business days. All refunds require contacting Scott’s Essentials before trying to return the product. Every bank or credit card company can and will process their returns at different speeds, meaning their business days allowed for a refund/return of any item will vary. Please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us if your refund has not shown back into your account. There is a 25% restocking fee for all product returns. 

In the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we(Scott’s Essentials) are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are highly committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own independent ideas or opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and fully understand our refund policy.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes all email specialty deals except for new sign up email specials.  If you need to return a item that was purchased in a bundle package please understand that you will receive only the actual value spent on the product(i.e. 2 pack bundle saves you $10 on total pack price and you will receive the amount actually paid on the item, not the retail price of a single item) .

Shipping Damages 

We take your satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all of our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 24 hours of receiving products. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product that was damaged during shipping within that time period. 

Cancellations

We understand, sometimes things get cancelled or need to be. The best route is to contact us immediately through email at scottsessentials@gmail.com . If and when this does happen, you will need to contact us before the item ships. All packages will be shipped by 4pm PST unless the order was placed after normal operating business hours.  Our normal operating hours are M-F 9am-4pm. By contacting us we will waive the restocking fee of 25%.

If you do not contact us through email on your intent to cancel your transaction before the item(s) are returned, we cannot accept the returned item as a cancellation. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee just as you would for all returns.

For all Scott’s Essentials products purchased via retail, your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

We will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on scottsessentials.net We will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.

*Please note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, unfortunately we do not ship international at this time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
