How do I use it?
Just pick a spot that has been bothering you. Personally, I have constant back tension and discomfort in my hips. This topical gets me feeling loose and able to move around a lot better.

Should I wear disposable gloves when putting it on?
We do recommend that you do. If you wear gloves then you will have no chance of the oils remaining on your fingertips and the next time you scratch your eye area. It will be no problem.
