HOW TO USE IT

Step #1- Unscrew black twist off lid.

Step #2- Twist up about a inch or two of stick.

Step #3- Using one hand or ask a other person to apply it to the intended area, either apply with the stick and leave it as it comes out onto your skin or use your hands to rub it in.

Step #4- Twist back down topical and replace lid.

Step #5- Wash hands or if you are wearing gloves, toss them in the garbage.
