What are the typical effects when using bath salts?

Soaking in a warm bath

  • Unscrew black twist off lid. Put about ½ ounce of salts in your bath to start, you can always add a little more but you can't take it back out once it gets wet.
  • Twist back on lid for jar. Don't want to spill any by accident:).
  • Enjoy your time in the warm bath. You've worked hard, you deserve it
